Cancellation must be in writing (email or WhatsApp) and the amount paid will be refunded as it follows:

• Up to 30 days before the event, 80% of the full amount of the tour will be refunded;
• Up to 15 days before the event, 50% refund of the full amount of the tour;
• Up to 7 days before the event, there are no refunds;

Failure to appear at the specified time, date and place will result in the cancellation of the reservation and participation in the event, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid.

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase up to 7 days after the date of purchase, regardless of the policies applied above.
