Privacy Policies

Cancellation must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp). Refunds will be issued as follows:

• Up to 30 days prior to the event, 80% of the total value of the tour will be refunded.
• Up to 15 days prior to the event, 50% of the total value of the tour will be refunded.
• Within 7 days of the event, there will be no refund. Failure to appear at the scheduled time, date, and location will result in the cancellation of the reservation and participation in the event, and the total amount paid will be forfeited.

Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 7 days of the purchase date, regardless of the above policies.
