Self-sufficient diving is an adventure activity that gives you freedom and autonomy.
With mental discipline and commitment to learning and following new diving techniques, you will strengthen your skills and confidence when diving alone.
During the PADI Self-Reliant Diver course, you will learn how to dive without a buddy, and be prepared to deal with any situations. These include: proper dive planning using air consumption rate calculations, life support system redundancy, and independent management of dive emergencies.
